Returning items you bought from Rattlesnake RC for exchange or refund
If you purchased a product from Rattlesnake RC or Allrc1.com, you can request a return. You'll then find out if your product is eligible for a return. Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee or exchanger store credit. Any items must be returned postage paid and in unopened, unused condition. Returns are limited to 30 days from purchase.
Special Order items are not returnable
